Management of service prices and impressions

In the self-service management mode for stationery shops, price management is essential in order to be able to respond to customers immediately.
The software allows each meter reading to know the calculation of the current price according to consumables, prints and the duration of the session.

When printing the statement, the following information can be adjusted in order to generate a price that is faithful to actual consumption or for the edition of a quote.

• Prints the last counter reading of the selected copier.
• Allows you to generate a quote for a client
• Allows the re-entry of the customer’s name / first name
• Allows the correction of the page and duration counters
• Management of the type of grammage used
• Allows the entry of the most sold services
• Independent self-service / labor management between printing and service by the store
• Management of a work supplement for unknown codes with the free entry of a quantity, an invoicing code and a price

The receipt can be used to make quotes or to be rescanned at the cash desk.
