Self-service counters management

SB2COM78 offers a Windows-based tool for managing print and scan reports for printers and photocopiers of different brands.
The software is compatible with the manufacturers of major brands of photocopiers, namely:
XEROX, SHARP, RICOH, TOSHIBA, CANON, KONICA, KYOCERA, HP, LEXMARK, BROTHER.

This application avoids the manual counting of pages or scans performed by the client on the computer / copier pair, by displaying its arrival time, the time of the reading and the duration of use of the workstation.

This graphical management extends to 10 printers of homogeneous or heterogeneous brands on the same display screen simultaneously.
The various information is retrieved from the memory of the printers from the information of the MIBs using the SNMP network protocol.
The following counters are displayed by printer provided that the model and the make correctly return this information:

• number of pages printed / copied using A4 Black format
• number of printed / copied pages using A4 Color format
• number of pages printed / copied using A3 Black format
• number of pages printed / copied using A3 Color format
• number of scanned pages

The application also displays the start time, the reading time and the duration of the session per printer.

• Saving in a file of the counters displayed for the current readings, the daily readings or those since the installation of the printers.
