SB2COM78 offers an easy solution to trace the frequency chosen the main meters of photocopiers from manufacturers or renters. This solution will allow you to greatly improve the tracking of your photocopying fleet and track the cost of printing.
Whatever the brand among the following manufacturers and whatever the number of photocopiers, the solution will bring you a periodic concern for indicators.
The software launches autonomously to retrieve according to the predefined list of your multi-brand photocopiers the following information:
• Date
• Reading time
• Name of copier
• Model and manufacturer
• IP address of the copier
• Serial number
• Software version
• Location of the photocopier
• Number of pages printed / copied Black
• Number of printed / copied pages Colors
• Number of pages printed / copied TOTAL
• Toner level Black, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow
Similar to the proprietary solution, the software is launched from a USB key or from the installation from a computer. The solution can be executed manually or automatically through the Windows scheduler.
It automatically generates the statement file which can be shared with manufacturers or photocopiers rental companies for maintenance management, toner level or monthly invoicing.
The solution meets the needs of large accounts or printers, who have multi-brand photocopiers deployed on one or more sites.
